We ship goods throughout the world. Deliveries to Europe, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles off the mainland may incur additional postage charges. Delivery charges are determined by the location to ship to and the size and weight of the parcel. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. The goods are dispatched to the Buyer's address in eBay records. If there is any change in your personal details, please update your address before checkout. If you want to arrange a delivery to a different address than your own, please make sure the new delivery address is entered at the checkout.
The Delivery Time depends upon the type of delivery service selected by the buyer. Please check the table below for the carrier handling times and these are only to be used as guidance. In exceptional cases these times can be much longer.
When you receive your item you must check the package, if damaged you must mark this on the form ('DAMAGED') when signing (signing as unchecked will not be sufficient). All damage to items must then be reported to us by telephone or eBay messages within 24hours as soon as possible.
Please first of all please check with the household and neighbours or contact your local post office if the delivery service is Royal Mail because the parcel is usually held there if not delivered. We have found that often the postmen and couriers leave the parcels with neighbours or take them back to the depot without leaving a notice. After checking if you still cannot locate your parcel please contact us.
Normal delivery time for international deliveries is 7-14 business days (Mon-Fri) excluding UK public and Bank holidays) after receiving the dispatch email is sent. In case of any delay it may take up to 25 business days to deliver. Otherwise please contact us.
Un-delivered or Damaged Item
After an order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the postal service or the courier, who on occasions can damage or lose items in the transit. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you. Please remember our customer support team are here to help you, please get in touch before leaving feedback to resolve your issue.
Item Not Delivered
If your order hasn't arrived within14 working daysin the UK or 30 working days outside the UK please contact us and we will investigate the issue and take an appropriate action to resolve the problem as quick as we can.
Damaged / Faulty Item
There is a possibility that items can get damaged in the transit. Upon the receipt of delivery, the package must be checked for any sign of damage, if damaged you must mark this as'DAMAGED'when signing (signing as unchecked will not be sufficient). Any such issue must be reported to us by phone, e-mail or eBay messages as soon as possible.
If you have any issues with the item you have purchased please contact us as a first step. You must organise the return of unwanted items at your expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation number. Goods returned to us without a returns authorisation number will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.
Vistex Limited trading as Nimsay Home will not be held responsible for any damages incurred during the returning of goods to us. The condition of the goods will remain solely the customer's responsibility until goods have been booked in and assessed by Vistex Limited.
Goods must be returned in original saleable condition along with the item packaging complete and intact. Goods must be complete, unused, and in a 'BRAND NEW' condition as supplied to you. If you have to re-pack the item, it must be done with care without damaging the product in any way.
The buyer must notify the intention to return the item within 14 days of the receipt of the delivery. Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within the 30 days period from the date your order is delivered to you. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after this period.
Any 'FREE GIFTS' items supplied with the ordered products must be returned along with the product.
Issuing a “Full Refund” of the cost of the goods is conditional upon meeting the above conditions and a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department.
Refund will be issued using same method through which the payment has been made.
Goods will not be accepted back if they are not in a saleable condition due to buyer negligence.
