OUR MERCHANDISE: We take pride in the merchandise we offer for sale and hand select each item we sell for its best use and highest quality. Rarely do we sell items that are ripped, torn, stained, chipped, cracked, damaged, etc, unless the flaw is so slight that it does not detract from its beauty or functionality. We will disclose any known flaws in the items listed for sale in the description and provide photos. Please see “Preowned Condition” for more details.
PRE-OWNED CONDITION: Our pre-owned items are sold “as is,” meaning that they are in gently/slightly used condition or are vintage/antique and may have slight imperfections or light wear and tear due to age or prior use, etc. We will describe the item’s condition in the listing “as we see it” at the time of listing and provide photos. We do wash, iron, clean, sterilize, freshen, polish, etc. items prior to listing/shipping. Some vintage items we leave alone and sell “as is”. Please see “Quality Control” for more details.
QUALITY CONTROL: We inspect all items we sell 3 times – 1) when we purchase it; 2) prior to listing it for sale; and, 3) prior to shipping it out. We will notify you of any change in the item’s condition prior to shipping the item to you and give you the opportunity to decide if you still want the item or if you want to cancel the order.
SHRINKAGE ALLOWANCE FOR PREOWNED CLOTHING: Pre-owned clothing that is machine washable or made of a fabric like 100% Cotton that shrinks, more likely than not has been washed and dried one or more times prior to our obtaining them. And we most often wash, dry, and/or freshen the garments one more time according to their care instructions to prepare them for resale. Please be aware that some shrinkage may have occurred over time during these cleaning processes. Please refer to the measurements and view all photos before purchasing. Ask questions if needed.
MULTIPLE QUANTITY LISTINGS: When ordering more than one item from multiple quantities listings, please note that the shipping cost calculates at time of checkout for each individual item purchased. If you choose to order more than one item in stock, your order will automatically be eligible for Combined Shipping. Please see “Combined Shipping” for details.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We offer combined shipping if possible when you choose to purchase more than one item from our store. You will pay the shipping amount listed for each item you purchase at check out, but after we pack the items and determine the actual shipping cost, we will recalculate the combined shipping cost, and refund you the difference in the shipping cost you paid vs. the actual shipping cost. Please note that some orders may not be able to be packed all in one box. We will combine as many items into one box as we can, but some orders may require two or more boxes to ship.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We only ship to verified domestic U.S. mailing addresses. We will always offer you the fastest shipping option at the best possible cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We participate in eBay’s Global Shipping Program for international orders. All orders are sent to Ebay’s Global Shipping Distribution Center in Kentucky (via Domestic Shipping methods). They handle all the international shipping logistics and will ship the item to you from there. If you have questions about the Global Shipping Program, their international shipping process, import/duties charges, invoices/paying for your order, etc., please contact eBay directly.
LOCAL PICKUP: We offer local pick up for any item upon request. If an item listed is heavy or hard to ship, we will offer “local pick up” in the listing as a shipping option. Be sure to select “local pick up” as your shipping option if available in the listing. After purchasing the item, we will contact you via phone to make the pick up arrangements. We cannot provide personal contact information via the eBay messaging system. NOTE: If Local Pick Up is not available in the listing, please message us BEFORE you purchase the item to let us know you would like to pick up the item instead. We can then revise the listing to include Local Pick Up as a shipping option. Or you may simply pay for the shipping and we will refund you the amount paid after the item is picked up and you are satisfied with your purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: Please message us if you need to cancel an order. If you make a purchase and then request to cancel the order, we will accept the order cancellation request as long as the item has not already been shipped. If the order cancellation request is accepted, and payment was received for the order, you will be refunded the purchase amount paid LESS a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the PayPal Processing Fee charged.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase. You are responsible for paying return shipping cost. Refunds will be for the amount paid for the item only. We do not refund original shipping cost. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with tags attached (if applicable), and without signs of use, wear, washing, etc. in order for a refund to be honored. That is, the item must be in resellable condition.
