We have been active on eBay for over ten years now, with a strong background in eCommerce and bedding before we launched our store. Bistarr is a mixture of a successful home furnishing company that's been in the business since early 1990's, and a specialist eCommerce company with 11 years experience in online retailing. We accept Paypal, Cheque or Cash on Collection. Paypal is accepted from confirmed addresses only.
Item/s will be shipped immediately on the same or next business day after receiving full payment via Paypal.
If payment is via Cheque; item/s will be sent five days after cheque has been presented to bank.
We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. If you are not happy with your item please return the unsused product with original packaging to us within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods, excluding all delivery charges.
Please package up securely and include details of your order number, authorisation number and whether a replacement or refund is required.
Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is.
Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send it. There is no charge for Proof of Postage from the Post Office.

Can I have my order delivered to a non UK-Mainland address?
Yes, but sometimes we cannot combine postage (where applicable).
Can I have a faster delivery?
Standard deliveries are usually made within 2-4 working days however we do offer a faster delivery option - additional fees will apply.
What is your cut-off time for next day delivery?
Orders for next day delivery need to be placed before 12pm, you may email us to confirm the delivery schedule.

We can try for you, however; an additional fee may apply
Can I specify a delivery time?
Unfortunately the carriers we use do not offer this however, if you provide your mobile telephone number with the order, you should get a text message informing you of the time of delivery.
Can I have a Saturday Delivery?
Yes - an additional fee will apply depending on the order, please email us for details.
Can I collect?
Yes collection is fine from our Manchester Warehouse, please email us with details and give 4-24 hours notice so that we can prepare your order for collection.
Can I have my order delivered to an alternative address?
Yes, please amend the address at checkout to your preferred delivery address. (If change of address is made too late then an additional fee will be charged)
Can I make multiple orders and send parcels to multiple addresses?
Yes, but prior to purchasing; you need to inform us via eBay message's. Otherwise, we may send all the orders to one address.
What happens if the delivery fails?
In the unlikely event that the delivery fails our carriers will leave a calling card. If the delivery has been booked with a courier and the order is returned because it is not collected then a redelivery charge may apply.
